4 Ways To A Fit Girl’s Heart

So you want to date a fit girl, or is currently dating a fit girl. Great choice, gentleman! Fit girls are happy, motivated and inspiring. Here’s how you can potentially court your very own fit girl and how to keep her happily ever after.

1. Be open to attending a fitness class with her.

This is one of the ultimate ways to a fit girl’s heart. Before we started dating, my current boyfriend attended his first yoga class with me. I was shocked that he was open to it even though he’s a manly-man who’s only into bodybuilding and weightlifting. It made me see him with a new set of eyes… that he’s willing to get out of his comfort zone for me.

2. Be flexible and understand her schedule.

If your fit girl has to attend a booty ballet class on a Saturday at 8pm, you let her. If it conflicts with your date, be able to compromise with her on a schedule that would work. Being fit and healthy is probably one of her priorities alongside you, and she never wants to have to choose between spending time with you or spending time on her body.

3. Always have healthy snacks around the house.

Well, this one is a given. Feed me when I’m hungry, with good stuff!

4. Support her fitness goals and live the lifestyle too.

Being a health and fitness nut, I love it that my man has the same sort of passion for it. It makes a fit girl feel amazing to know that you’re sweating and pumping that iron right along side her. It takes dedication to commit to a healthy lifestyle, but it’s less difficult if our sweetie is there to share all the joys and pains. After all, “a couple that lifts together, stays together.” Pass that protein shake, please!
